Our psychologist is trained in Educational and Developmental Psychology and has an interest in helping children and their families to be able to support them to live a fulfilling life.

Our psychologist has experience working with children with a variety of difficulties including:
· Anxiety
· Depression
· Attentional difficulties
· School difficulties
· Improving emotion regulation and awareness
· Managing transitions (e.g. transitioning from primary school to high school)
Both child and parents
Our psychologist works with both children and their parents using an attachment-focused approach. She uses a variety of evidence-based therapy techniques, including cognitive-behaviour therapy. Our psychologist is a trained Circle of Security Parenting facilitator and uses Circle of Security concepts to help parents gain greater understanding of their child and be able to support their emotional needs.
